About the cottage
Our cottage has only been here since 2012 but otherwise it will take you back in time still you will remain comfortable in our time.
Ground floor and the first floor
The heart of the house is a large living room with a spacious kitchen. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom and a bathroom with a massage shower and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and a toilet. On the ground floor of the cottage there is also a storage space accessible from the outside for skis or bicycles (ski / bike room). If you need to store a larger number of bikes, you can use a wooden shed, which is located on the plot.
Bedrooms
The cottage has three bedrooms. The first is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 4 persons. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms (for 4 and 5 persons). All 3 rooms have a TV set and wi-fi. 13 beds are available in total.
NOTE: TV sets in bedrooms (unlike TV set in the living room) are intentionally not connected to the optical network via LAN cable and you cannot watch Netflix, HBO GO, etc there. We assume that guests what to spend time together and do not want to lock themselves individually in bedrooms just to watch Netflix. 😊
Living room with a kitchen
The living room is a heart of the cottage. You can find the following appliances in our modern kitchen: a dishwasher, a retro refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stove with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and other equipment including pans, pots, plates, cutlery, etc.
Bathrooms
On the ground floor there is a toilet and a massage shower. On the first floor there is a spacious bathroom with a bath and a second toilet. Both bathrooms have an electric clothes dryer and there is a washing machine upstairs. A hairdryer and an iron are also available.
Outdoor
What kind of a cottage would it be without at least a small garden. Our garden offers a table tennis table, a covered gazebo for sitting and barbecuing, a trampoline and a swing. Part of the garden is also a sunken covered pool measuring 3 x 5 m with a depth of 1 m. The roofing of the pool can be locked so it offers a complete safety even for small children.

- Super-fast internet via optical cable and free WIFI in the cottage
- Outdoor gazebo with a barbecue, a trampoline, a children’s swing
- Covered lockable outdoor pool

We are sorry but due to previous experience pets are not allowed in our cottage.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage!
- Arrival is possible no earlier than at 15:00, departure no later than at 10:00.
- Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent nevertheless it is available for a charge of 190 CZK per bed (bed linen, sheets, bath towel, towel). We collect a refundable deposit in the amount of 5000 CZK, which is returned on a day of an arrival.
